McLaren Construction has been appointed as construction manager for the refurbishment of the Colmore Gate tower into a Grade A office building in Birmingham’s CBD.
Built in the 90s, the original tower is in a prime location between Colmore Row and Birmingham’s Snow Hill Business District, opposite Snow Hill Station and just a six-minute walk from the new HS2 station being built on Birmingham’s Curzon Street, with a total area of 290,000 square feet of Class A office space.
