Mechanically regulating based on duct pressure (minimum 50Pa)

APPLICATION

Mechanical Constant Volume controllers, type VCR, are used for supply and exhaust systems to keep the air volume constant regardless of the duct pressure. They can also be used in ventilation systems in combination with VAV units so that the pressure fluctuations caused are automatically corrected. By means of a servo motor with mechanical limiting, the mechanical CAV controllers can also be used to regulate between Vmin and Vmax at 2 positions or steplessly.

Bearings: Brass maintenance-free

Controller: not necessary, these controllers regulate “automatically” from a minimum duct pressure of 50Pa.

ACCESSORIES/OPTIONAL

The units are supplied with a standard air setting. Optionally, the units can be factory set and provided with a (location) sticker.
