Nicolaasschool, Rotterdam

Nicolaasschool, Utrecht

The Nicolaasschool has a central position in the Bospolder-Tussendijken district, both as a location and as a social heart. Architect Studio Nuy Van Noort deliberately keeps the new building subtly separate from the existing building, but in appearance they ensure that the buildings are clearly related to each other and together form one school.
The volume of the new building protrudes from the old building and has a strong accent on the corner, so that a clear connection is made with Park 1943.

For this project, Air-Concepts supplied the VAV units with controllers, duct heaters and more than 300 swirl diffusers to Brandsen Installatietechniek.
