Multifunctional Centre, Dodewaard

In Dodewaard, there has been a desire for a multifunctional center (MFC) for some time: a place where residents can meet, work together and organize activities.

The village currently does not have a village hall, so many associations do not have a permanent meeting place. At the same time, the school buildings of De Hien and De Bellefleur primary schools are outdated and no longer equipped for the education of the future. They also no longer meet the requirements that the municipality sets for modern school buildings.

Even more than these individual needs, there is a common ambition: to build a powerful and thriving multifunctional centre together. An MFC in which education, care, meeting and relaxation come together and that plays a connecting role in the heart of Dodewaard. The MFC will be completed in mid-2026. For this project, Air-Concepts supplies the VAV with duct coolers and CAV units to Brandsen Installatietechniek BV.
