50 Berkeley Street, Mayfair

Designed by Stiff + Trevillion Architects, this project involves major renovation work throughout the building, including the removal of mansard roofs, rebuilding the upper floors, backfilling light wells with CLT, replacing large-scale installations, and creating 175,000 sq ft (NIA) of office floor space with wraparound terraces.

The building’s internal upgrades have been expanded to include a focus on the customer experience – this is evident in the many sustainability accreditations the project has received, including BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum, LEED Gold, WiredScore Platinum and SmartScore Gold.

B&CO acts as project manager for this prestigious project. Air-Concepts has supplied several sizes of VAV units with integrated sound attenuation in collaboration with Barcol-Air UK.
