APPLICATION

Mechanical Constant Volume controllers, type VCR, are used for supply and exhaust systems to keep the air volume constant regardless of the duct pressure. They can also be used in ventilation systems in combination with VAV units so that the pressure fluctuations caused are automatically corrected. The insulated, double-walled housing prevents condensation from forming in cold primary air and reduces the radiated noise. By means of a servo motor with mechanical limiting, the mechanical CAV controllers can also be used to regulate between Vmin and Vmax at 2 positions or steplessly.
