APPLICATION
FloXacts™ are used for air velocity measurements in air ducts. Depending on the model, an average velocity is determined over at least 2×6 measuring points. The unique shape of the measuring profile amplifies the measuring signal at least 2.5 x, allowing accurate measurements from 1.0 m/s air velocity. The FloXact™-R is available in 14 standard sizes from ø4 to ø60 inch, but other inches are also available on request.

- Above a length of 350 mm, the sensors are provided with an additional M6 mounting on the tip through a stable mounting in the air duct.
- The FloXact™ can be supplied with pressure transducer type DPT-FLOW-1000. The advantage of this pressure transducer is that the Kv value can be set so that the air volume can be read directly on the display and the output signal, (0(2)-10V or 0(4)-40mA, is proportional to the air volume.
- The FloXact™ can also be supplied with a pressure transducer type EPD-1000. This pressure transducer has only an output signal, 0-10V or 0-40mA, which is proportional to the pressure.
