At 164 Shaftesbury Avenue, a new workplace transformation is in full swing!

The project, which aims to achieve BREEAM ‘Outstanding’, WELL Gold and NABERS 5-star certification, includes new CAT ‘A’ office space, revamped facades and roofing, upgraded reception and meeting spaces, outdoor terraces, end-of-journey amenities, improvements to the vertical transport systems and a fully sustainable MEPH installation throughout the building – creating a modern, future-proof workplace in the heart of London.

Air-Concepts has supplied the necessary VAV units to Mala Engineering for this project.
