Manual work behind a VAV unit
One of the essential components in climate systems is the VAV (Variable Air Volume) unit. But before a VAV unit in a building can ensure an optimal indoor climate, a lot of craftsmanship and precision goes into the production process.
What is a VAV unit
A VAV (Variable Air Volume) unit regulates the amount of air that enters a room, depending on the current need. That seems simple, but the technology behind it is anything but. The unit adjusts the air volume to, for example, temperature, CO₂ level or occupancy, so that energy consumption is kept to a minimum while comfort is maximized.
From individual parts to a functional unit
A VAV unit is not a standard product that rolls directly out of a factory. This means that our technicians calibrate the controllers and carefully assemble all parts. It is the experience and expertise of our colleagues that ensure that each VAV unit is perfectly tailored to the needs of our customers.
In-house assembly
Because we have full control over the assembly process, we can guarantee that every VAV unit functions exactly according to specification. In addition, it makes customization possible: deviating dimensions, special connections or customer-specific control technology can easily be included in the production process.
For installers, this means: less work on site, less risk of failure costs and faster delivery.
