2 Finsbury Avenue (2FA) in Broadgate is located in Central London’s largest pedestrian zone. The project consists of a 12-story stage with a 21-story West Tower and a 36-story East Tower. In line with the client’s sustainability strategy, the building aims for a net-zero carbon footprint in construction and operation, as well as BREEAM certification with the designation ‘Outstanding’. To achieve this ambitious goal, a range of forward-thinking environmental initiatives will be integrated. To ensure flexibility for current and future needs, the offices have been designed in collaboration with behavioural scientists from GXN and will be interspersed with healthy, green spaces and terraces to encourage creative collaboration and social interaction.
