100 New Bridge Street is a new carbon friendly office building, located next to City Thameslink and Blackfriars Station and a short walk from Farringdon Station. The building offers over 190,000 sq ft of office space, with excellent terraces, including a 7,000 sq ft terrace with uninterrupted views of St Paul’s Cathedral.
The large-scale renovation will achieve the highest sustainability standards by preserving the existing structure and reusing materials where possible.
