High Five, Utrecht
This building consists of two towers about 74 meters high with a central section that brings both towers together. There will be a total of 921 homes, of which 721 are independent studios and 200 rooms that are part of a group home where approximately ten students live together and have a shared kitchen. On the ground floor, there will be communal facilities, such as sports, catering with terrace, laundry and various general residents’ areas, specifically intended for residents to study, meet and relax.
Under the building is a semi-sunken bicycle cellar with space for more than 1,200 bicycles for both residents and visitors. The building was designed by OZ Architects.
